We wrapped up our animal study last week, but our “class pets” were not ready for our learning to be over. After watching our caterpillars transform into chrysalises, they have finally emerged and WE HAVE BUTTERFLIES! Most of our afternoon was spent watching these tiny little guys (or girls) emerge from their cocoons. Ask your student to tell you all about it! What better way to learn about a life cycle than to observe one?!
